Rosa’s Deli conforms to all Health Department Regulations and FDA Safe Food Handling. It is important that after you leave Rosa’s if you do not consume your food items, you adhere to proper food safety guidelines. Rosa’s Deli is not responsible for your handling of our products once you leave our establishment. Hot items do become cold very quickly if you are not consuming them immediately, especially during the colder months. Cold items do start becoming warm during the warmer months. This happens in just a few minutes if not stored properly.
KEEP HOT FOODS HOT and COLD FOODS COLD by using insulated bags which are sold and most retail stores.

Be advised that items can cause damage if they are not properly secured while traveling. We are not responsible for any damages caused during transportation of your items.
Food or Nut Allergy
Please note that for severe allergies with potentially Anaphylactic reactions, we cannot guarantee full omission of the ingredient.
This is due to the physical constraints of our facility and that of our suppliers where that ingredient may be present within the
production environment. Our management teams and service staff are not trained on the intricacies of Celiac disease, gluten
intolerance, peanut allergies, or any other dietary allergy or intolerance and cannot be expected to provide recommendations
or other advice on these issues.
Mistakes
Mistakes do happen, we are human after all. Sometimes there’s miscommunication especially when cell phones cut in and out or just a simple misunderstanding. We will be more than happy to correct your order. Please call us as soon as you realize there is a mistake or within 24hrs. This way we can find your ticket. We can make it right away or we can fill out a slip for the next time you come in.
Unfortunately, if you call us more than 2 days, a week, a month, there isn’t anything we can do.
