It is important that after you leave Rosa\u2019s if you do not consume your food items, you adhere to proper food safety guidelines. Cold items do start becoming warm during the warmer months. This happens in just a few minutes if not stored properly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">KEEP HOT FOODS HOT and COLD FOODS COLD by using insulated bags which are sold and most retail stores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Please refer to the food safety link above on how to maintain your purchases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Be advised that items can cause damage if they are not properly secured while traveling. Sometimes there\u2019s miscommunication, especially when cell phones cut in and out or just a simple misunderstanding. We will be more than happy to correct your order. Please call us as soon as you realize there is a mistake or within 24hrs. This way we can find your ticket. We can make it right away or we can fill out a slip for the next time you come in.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unfortunately, if you call us more than 2 days, a week, a month, there isn\u2019t anything we can do.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lastly, we prepare and cook the way we do.
